Last Horror/Thriller Film Watched?

Timber Falls - nothing special, partly ruined by a stupid ending, the very last scene, just rolled my eyes...

From Beyond The Grave

John Carpenter's The Thing

Rec.

A Korean film called The Guard Post. It was a bit messy and didn't turn out to be the full on Horror I expected it to be, but it was okay.

GP 506 is a very atmospheric film. Same with R-Point another Korean military horror film from the same director.

Yeah it had a good atmosphere, it was still messy and so on for me though.

The Final Destination if it's a horror

It was funny

It belongs to the Horror field yes.

today, halloween 2

Dead Snow - Horror from Norway, see topic for more on it. Beautifully shot too and a nice soundtrack.

mmm now you're asking.

Don't think you can call it a horror film, but "Drag Me To Hell"

Of course Drag Me To Hell is a Horror film. The Horror genre has its sub-genres. Horror comedy for example. See the Horror genre topic someone made on here a few weeks ago.

"28 Weeks Later". Good Zombie film, though a little short. Still, a spectacle to be viewed.

Watched The Descent again, sequel is out soon, suppose to be quite good but nowhere near as good as the first film, some say it was pretty pointless though...

The Devil's Backbone

^ Excellent film!

Well I watched Uwe Boll's Seed last night, it's still quite rubbish but he is better at making Horror films than movies based on video games.

It had an awful killing scene where the entire scene is just Seed using a hammer as his weapon but turned quite cheesy because it had TERRIBLE laughable cgi effects in this scene.

This film is made out to be really disturbing(a lot of the killing is done in the dark with flashlights for the light source, and other death scenes are shown on a television in the film, so the video footage isn't crystal clear), the only disturbing and upsetting scenes are the real life archive witness footage of animal cruelty at the start supplied by the charity Peta. Especially the last shot of the, I think, minks. Peta got a % of money from the films taking, so that's good of the director.

I said it's quite rubbish, but it's one of his better films...

It could have benefited from better dialogue and acting but was a decent attempt.

100 Feet

Is that any good?
