SS clearly talks about channeling the energy of the crunch but once again in ur confusion wht did u interpret as

It's a guess...so we can reach definitive conclusions when the situation is convinient yet in other times it's a guess. Supes HV matches Orion's AF which was stated to cut worlds. He can move in nanosecond speed and fight at supersonic speed...and destroy dwarf planets while holding back yet its a complete guess if he can destroy a planet lol.
