In a physical confrontation his better than Thanos. The stats tilt to his favor and if he's got rings his got top defense and versatlity as he can turn a shield into an energy construct for attack on the fly.
Not to mention he's a high end technopath, Thanos would have to be careful how he uses tech around Henshaw as he can turn it back on the Titan. He also has greater speed as he is genetically identical to a kryptonian.

Thanos took out a universal threat in power gem Thor. When has Henshaw taken out a universal threat with tech?
