Thanos is simply more powerful than the Surfer based on their confrontations my friend.

Henshaw Beats Top tiers BEFORE he upgrades.

Beats Energy Superman one of the best energy beings in comics history under trans level.

He upgrades himself with the source wall.
Gets Sinestro rings and then learns how to create them mid battle.
How in the hell anyone with half a brain can think Henshaw is anywhere near top tier is beyond reasoning.
