Wait all control over time/space and he was <238 Jaspers and <616 Jasper?

You got an issue with that?

Let me know. 🙂

Jaspers was unstoppable, and had Moore not created the anti-Jaspers plot device (Fury)
the entire Omniverse would have been Jaspers'.

This isn't a maybe, or a speculation, this is a fact:

Omniversal warping by Jaspers!

Cobweb is psychically connected to her Past and Future selves,
she tapped into one of her possible Future-selves:

These are NOT cheesy visions of some future,
Cobweb literally connects to her counter-parts residing in even possible Futures,
so what Cobweb saw,
would DEFINITELY have happened.

Anyway, guess what she witnessed,
had Jaspers not been stopped by his personal anti-JJ plot device. (the Fury)

..................................................................................

That above is Jaspers canceling the entire Omniverse,
just like Omniversal Matrix/Merlyn predicted would happen if he wasn't stopped:

... and if he is not defeated...
the Omniverse shall fall into chaos,
and a new and hostile God shall play dice with matter
"

stoned

Yea, Mxy is badass, I know, I like em, but he can't do anything to Jaspers. Imo.

but it never did, so how are we using that as a feat for 616 jaspers?

We arent.

I know it never did, because the plot device (Fury) was in the story.

It's a feat for 616 Jaspers, cause it proves that only Fury in Marvel was able to stop him,
and with specific stipulations as you know.

*edit*

Mxy isn't Fury, and thus, since NO one else in Marvel was able to stop him,
including Matrix/Merlyn, (with power over all time/space)
I don't see Mxy doing it either.

meh, i find it odd that in this scan:

cobweb specifically states, "all strategies are shredded in the random wind.... nothing is certain now." she then goes on with the rest of the 'prophecy'. 100% trustworthy? obviously not.

anyway, this statement tells me that even cobweb couldn't get a lock on what exactly was going to happen - which makes quite a bit of sense, when you compare what she 'predicted' to what actually transpired. nothing alike?

cobweb can supposedly see all, yet couldn't see fury beating jaspers? give me a break. ermm

There you have it folks.

I disagree.

Cobweb was referring to whether Jaspers would be stopped or not, sorry friend.

Correct.

Because Merlyn interfered in Fury's destiny.

What else?

give me a break.

I just did.

What's stopping Mxy from taking away jasper's mutant gene? Or turning off jasper's life with a retcon so that wanda doesn't bring him back?

so merlyn has that type of power, yet would be incapable of 'porting jaspers to some type of unspace, and frying his brain? in the scope of things, that would be a fairly primitive [and very simple] means of engagement for one with power over "all time/space". meh.

What's stopping Jaspers from taking away Mxy's Imp gene?
Or making another more powerful Mxy?

It's easy to make up one's own bias scenario.

Mxy retconn's jaspers resurrection.

more on point, jaspers never actually warped more than a universe. possible futures/predictions just aren't solid enough, imho. especially from someone who stated, "nothing" at that point was certain. meh.

Not exactly, there was nothing else he could do.
It's easy to say, yea, 'throw him into un-space,' but it isn't as easy as it is to say.

btw. Matrix/Merlyn tried using his power on 238 Jaspers' warp, the result was zero.

And if his power over all time/space was in-affective against 238 Jaspers,
what difference would it have made against the far more powerful 616 Jaspers?

You dig G?

Only the Fury was able to pull that un-space move,
only because by character design Fury was nearly completely immune to Jaspers' power.

so how can a claim be made that merlyn had control over "all" time/space? maybe "nigh-all"? 😛

You're taking that scan out of context friend,
you're focusing on Cobweb's words concerning one subject,
and trying to fit it in with her possible future-self's experience.

What Cobweb saw after was this:

--- "BUT if this game is lost" ----

(on with the experience and the artistic representation
of what she's feeling/seeing from her future-self)

My friend, the contextual seguey here is obvious, Cobweb is changing the subject matter.

all i'm doing is bringing up what she specifically said. nothing more, nothing less. however there's no point in delving into this any further, as both you and i have expressed our opinions on this subject. no point spinning in circles.
