Entropy is simply another form of energy. And, that I can recall, I've never seen Galactus put down with energy. Physically beaten up? Hell yes. Otherwise? Mm, not so sure, but I'd have to give it more thought.

Even in his best days Darkseid was beneath Galactus if you ask me, in their crossover that was quite clear, and I think that feat wise there is a gap too.

Well, never mind the crossover, I still am under the impression that even if PC DS holds his own a lot better, he is still under Galan.
