DOOM'S DRONES

Iron Man: Legacy is a second ongoing series for Stark that chronicles his untold stories. They are canon. The first story-arc involves Doom repurposing Starktech to help him annex Transia some time in the past. By Stark's own words, "Some of these devices are barely out of the proof-of-concept stage. Some aren't even sketched in my notebooks," from Iron Man: Legacy #2-3. Several of Doom's Drones have Starktech capabilities, including:

(i) Brown Sound emitters which target sound frequencies higher than the human pain threshold;
(ii) Metal Tempest weapons which fire projectiles electrically to attain firing rates of one million rounds per minute;
(iii) Sonic Howitzers which concentrate bursts of 150 decibels;
(iv) Active Denial Systems which concentrates microwaves to penetrate even Stark's armor; and
(v) Autonomous Image Inducers which fool even Stark's sensors.

In the climax to Iron Man: Legacy's first story-arc, Stark confronts Doom's army (outfitted with stolen Starktech) with a new ally, Dragana, and the inspiration for the series' title is revealed.

DOOM'S INVENTIONS

Here's an update on Doom's inventions. Since the Fantastic Four are Doom's arch-enemies, it stands to reason that he has more than a few stand-alone devices to neutralize their powers.

Against the entire Fantastic Four, he's used a Concussion Ray to take out the entire Fantastic Four team without much fuss, from Fantastic Four #288:

Upon regaining conciousness, they are all entrapped in specific devices, including:

(i) a Plasteel Sphere which is porous enough for air, but not enough for Reed to stretch through or Wasp to shrink through;
(ii) an Energy Cage which is attuned to the specific frequency of Invisible Woman's forcefields;
(iii) an Inert Fluid Tank which permits Johnny Storm to breathe but prevents him from flaming on; and
(iv) a Molecular Chain Web which would pierce even She-Hulk's skin easily.

Official Handbook of the Marvel Universe A to Z Update #2

The scene was not particularly clear but it appears that it was Dooms magic that forcibly reverted Skaar to his younger shadow form.

^ Great addition. Thanks. I wasn't inclined myself to attribute that feat to Doom's sorcery when I first read it. Impressive that he can de-Hulk someone with magic. Here's an update on Doom's accomplishments during Doomwar:

DOOM'S ARMOR

Quite impressive feat to produce power beyond Silver Surfer -Doom's own words- just by tech and sorcery.
That is basically exactly what Doom states about his Vibranium Armor. It (i) literally connects him to every fragment of Wakandan Vibranium on Earth down to the atom, (ii) permits him a self-described power greater than Surfer's Power Cosmic and the Cosmic Cube, and (iii) allows him to manifest that power all over the Earth simultaneously and so violently, that the vast majority of the heroes of Earth can't even help T'Challa. From Doomwar #6:

DOOMBOTS

The Vibranium Armor was not the only thing he created with the Wakandan Vibranium. He also created a V-Series of Doombots. The V-Series Doombots were (a) extraordinarily durable and possessed Hulk-class strength, and (b) possessed telemetry that tied them to "a self-learning neural net." This made the next generation models more combat-effective, from Doomwar #4:

That adaptation telemetry is demonstrated over the last falf od Doomwar: (1) Shuri and her Dora Milaje begin using Vibranium-based weapons to take down one line of models; but in a subsequent battle (2) Storm starts likening their adaptation capabilities to that of Sentinels; and ultimately (3) Shuri and the Dora Milaje's vibranium suits and weapons end up being useless. From Doomwar #4-6:

This is Doom's first official encounter with the Avengers. Shortly after their initial formation, the original Avengers go through a serious baptism by fire:

In Avengers: The Children's Crusade, Wiccan sneaks off to the castle of none other than Doctor Doom to find Wanda, who he assumes has been taken captive against her will. However, Wiccan discovers the Scarlet Witch has no recollection of her previous life and is engaged to be married... to Doctor Doom himself! Doom's motivations at this point are unclear... his sorcerous superiority to Wiccan is anything but:

"I am trying to protect you. I am trying to protect us all."

Epic in scale and fraught with danger at every turn, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones face their most challenging adventure yet...a date... crashed by Doom?! Sweet. Christmas.

Doom(bot) vs the New Avengers team, from New Avengers vol.2 #8:

"You're just mad because you thought you got beat up by Dr. Doom and now realize you just got beat up by a robot of Dr. Doom."

I could just be stating the obvious, but it really looks like Doom has been getting a monster push in Marvel as of late; he's been messing with everyone.

Well he is one of their most interesting characters.

Definitely. It's nice to see Doom back to being Doom; Didn't really care for Stormin' Norman to be set up as the big baddy for Marvel.

Doom's the best. Reed Richards is a punk compared to him. He has mastered both tech, magic, and cosmic energies in a mix he uses to counter and face any sort of threat. I remember when he gained absolute power and gave it up cause there was no pleasure in being unchalleged at all. Stark has admitted more than once Doom's tech is far beyond his own. I don't have scan but I'd like to remind that during the Reign saga of Thor, soldiers sent on Asgard to place bombs in it arrived on the rainbow bridge thanks to Doom's teleportation devices which granted them to bypass the magical protection of the golden city and also catch Heimdall by surprise,

Namor finds himself trapped in Hell, literally. The X-Men must rescue him but they require a guide. A guide who has traversed Hell before and who knows Namor well enough to force him to remember his true nature.

Doom vs Namor, from Namor: The First Mutant #7:

Doom captures and de-powers Wiccan, igniting an all-out war with Magneto, the Avengers, the Young Avengers and Quicksilver. While the battle rages in Latveria, Magneto takes point against Doom. After losing track of Wanda and Wiccan due to the combined ambush by Magneto, Iron Man and Wonder Man, Doom claims he was trying to save Wanda from anybody who sought to destroy her, including them.

Doom vs Magneto (and allies), from Avengers: The Children's Crusade #4-5:

"And now, because of you, the most powerful force in the universe has been unleashed into the timestream..."

Magneto also conceded in the same issue that he feels Dr. Doom is more powerful than he, correct?

No, that was issue 3.

Ah, okay, thanks. 👆

So, does that mean that Wiccan is still depowered?

One of my favorite Doom moments: In "Loftier than Mortals" he kills the Fantastic Four with his newfound Power Cosmic, but then brings them back to life deeming he'd rather kill them without the PC..
