Anyways all it was meant to show and prove is that Sentry isn't that far above top tier if at all for everyone that wants to scream a million exploding suns.
Sentry is tough but he hasn't shown anything Thor can't do and much less at that. BB hasa powerful scream that is tough to take. It could be the deciding factor but I say it would be close.

Second clash Tony was getting up from Sentry's punches with minimal damage.

Minimal damage? Perhaps if by that you mean, wasn't killed. Tony lands one punch which managed to do nothing more than annoy Bob who afterwards sent IM clear across the city with one blow. This is followed by Sentry reaching threw the flame from Tony's boots and casually throwing him around like a ragdoll, just as I said earlier. How was Tony not clearly outmatched in that fight?
Look at the armor. It's not even close to damaged. Also, if you're insinuating that Tony was as hurt as you say he is, why is he able to still think straight and such?
I'm not saying that Iron Man is gonna beat Sentry. I am saying that he's a lot tougher, and farther up in the ranks than you're giving him credit.

Exactly, just because tony didnt get thrashed -- atleast in the sense that his armour wasnt being torn apart -- doesnt mean that suddenly hes a contendor for someone like sentry. By all means, everything tony came out with, sentry owned. But ON topic,
Why did everyone take the million explodeing stars statement literally? That was clearly hyperbole, very clearly actually. Thats not to say sentry isint very strong. But im not sure how sentry would hold up against a scream from BB, what class is sentry in as far as strength goes? I would think that BB wins this fight actually, Not only is he a madman without his shout, the shout takes his abilitys to a significantly higher level
