IMO, Even if Black Bolt had used properly used his voice (ie shouting or screaming) I don't think that would put Sentry down, as the reason he stayed out of the fight in Silent War was because if he joined in BB would scream and the damage that would do to everybody else would be catastrophic.
But yeah, this could be a very close fight, I can see it going both ways.

I'm not claiming he took it full on, but he was pretty close (floating a few metres above Tony and Ms.Marvel whilst they were fighting the Inhumans).
I can't see clearly where Sentry is standing there. It's possible that he was in fact, standing in front of him though. Either way, the whisper clearly wasn't aimed at him, as BB was just trying to open up the way for Gorgon.
