First off how does the LT EVER effect the PM at all when he can't even leave the comic?? The only beings I have ever seen go into the overvoid/the void are God/Jesus/The Presence and Lucifer, and Lucifer only could do so because God gave him a letter of passage into it.. The PM wouldn't even notice the LT...

by being drawn on the paper...
to say that PM and LT can fight each other, means that TOAA put LT there. So what is the PM going to do, to get rid of LT? LT might be drawn as taking the majority of the page, the page won't erase itself. That page would be forever marked with the 3 faces of LT, and only TOAA's cosmic eraser could undo it.
also, there are plenty of characters who have escaped the 4th wall. I'd go on a limb and say that's further than overvoid or w/e. So in that essence, if characters such as She Hulk and Deadpool are knowledgeable of 4th wall, I don't think that's outside of LT's capability, if necessary anyway
this is getting kind of whacky.
however, if LT is drawn on the paper then it's no longer a plain old piece of paper, or the PM in its perfection.
it's stained with ink. And just like a dirty cloth, it can't clean itself. and it's not like the paper is omnipotent.
PM's perfection of a blank piece of paper becomes a drawing of LT. So i'll stick to LT stomping for as long as I can tolerate this nonsense
