Blade will only fall quickly if he HAS to fight Midnighter first.
Who says he has to? Wolverine and Spidey can force the fight upon Midnighter and Deadpool, and I'm sure they'll come out on top.
Meanwhile, Blade and IF can go at it, and even if people think IF will win, it won't be a quick fight at all. During that time, Wolvy and Spidey would've kicked ass and finish off IF.
Also, Spidey being as agile and quick as he is could probably web up other opponents (that are busy fighting someone else) while fighting someone else himself.

He superior to blade in every way. He is able to throw around punches able to match class 100's........and stop trains.

and ironfist is team twos strongest member, the only one I think who can take him out is spiderman

actaully deadpool does.........for sraters he vastly superior in damage soak and in healing to the point blade really stands no chances of beating him.
wolverine would have a better shot then spiderman
Out of everyone on team 1 wolverine has the better change of facing anyone on team two then anyone else on team 1.
Back on topic, This fight is basically about wolverine and deadpool, they are basically immortal standing next to the other people. There is nothing on team two that can take him out (except maybe iron fist and he may be hard pressed at keeping his hands facing wolverine.

the fight comes down to ironfist vs. spiderman I think, if spiderman beats ironfist he can aid his other teammates
