IF/Midnighter could go for and take Blade down quickly.
Deadpool would be the logical choice to fight Wolverine while his teamates defeat the others.
Midnighter/IF could fight Spidey and would then be joined by the teammate who just decked Blade. Together they defeat Spiderman.
Hopefully for them Deadpool would have been able to slug it out with Logan long enough for them to team up against Logan. Team two.
Having said that.........things never go according to plan.

Aside from the fact that IF is a much much better fighter and using the Iron Fist technique could take Blade's head clean off. Midnighter could at least hold off Spiderman until IF joins him. Midnighter could also ko Blade since he has his crazy ability to predict outcomes of fights if he is on the defensive. Also he has his strength, speed, HF, durability and reflexes. All off wich he has demonstrated far more often than Blade and to a more impressive level.

Deadpool has regenerated from being liquid, eventually he would have regenerated a body.

I have every Deadpool Cable/Deadpool comic, if his immortality was removed it was never mentioned in those.
He regened from a liquid mass, not blood.
