I think it would have to be to differentiaite it from thew show Avengers.

Could be the Annihilation Wave. Would explain the scene with Iron Man flying into a rift in the sky. It would also explain the weapon that Loki has in his hand with it possibly being the Cosmic Control Rod.

It looks more like the Ataraxians than the Arthrians.

Hmm... The face looks sorta like BRB, but the rest of his race don't have the same look.

Also the headgear is reminiscent of Thanos.

Still, I'm going to say they are the Sons of Muspell.

Not sure about the aliens, but damn does the Hulk look like he's going to be a stud in this movie.
