The one am referring to is from Superman himself not a narrative.
But logically he should be able to above a planet under normal conditions like when we see him(and two other) move the moon and when Superman moves the earth(with two others) even than it was a very difficult task just to move it a little bit.
Like i was saying it will take a Trans/sky father to move a planet with easy. (like how they used to to it in pre crisis days)

What's the issue?
Blackbolt 6/10. Blackbolt has superhuman reflexes so i doubt the speed blitz will be effective. BB's scream does travel faster then the speed of sound and can travel vast distances. The BB/Gladiator fight showed what BB could do against Supes. BB's too noble to flatten a populated city though. Populated being the key word. Supes could KO BB in about 3 punches though. BB can take punches from the heavyweights but only a few. Every Marvel heavyweight who's taken BB lightly has paid for it. There's a good reason why the writers moved the Inhumans to the moon. You can't have BB showing up at every worldwide emergency and trivializing the badguys with one word. BB's really getting disrespected in this thread.
