So, 2,000 mps is about 1.075% the speed of light. At 2,000 mps, it would take Superman about 2,325.5 years to get to Earth from Vega. From the scans, it doesn't look like that much time elapsed. 😕 I mean the buildings look the same and Jimmy is still the same age. 😄

Lol, good one badabing, Im glad that youre not mad at me for even posting that, I actually thought I was going to get banned when I posted it but I forgot that the mods arent like other people on here, they actually have a sense of humor.

I never questioned supermans space flight, whats in question is his speed when he is on a planet with gravity. All of his earth flights indicate nothing close to the speed of light and there are to many instances that states that supermans speed is within or even below 2000mps.

His space flight is amazing, hell super skrull space flight is amazing but when they're performed where there is gravity at play then thats where it changes. I actually think that writers use the gravity in space thing to the heart. I think that they think that without gravity there should be nothing to weigh you down. Vulcan flew across the universe in less then 7 days, that would basically make him>>>superman. Do you thik that vulcan can speed blitz superman. Hyperion flew from the earth to the sun in one panel and then flew through the sun in this same panel, does that mean that he can blitz superman.

Space flight dont equal light speed. Superman speed is contradicting because out of everything that you posted I could easily post a scan of wonder woman saying that superman cant cover 22000 miles instantly or post a scan of superman admitting that he cant go the speed of light.

Surfer actually can fight like the scan u just posted. And panel description explaining to us the time in which such movements are taking place is certainly proof enough. Marvel doesnt depict incidents like that artistically very often, but instead of that they made use of a panel description and that is more than sufficient.

And as for the part u added. Those times were not even comparable. I never ignored narration specifying fighting speed.

It never said that he can fight that fast, he was flying that fast which is something that a depowered gladiator can do in his sleep with his legs cut off.

That is ABSOLUTELY FALSE. U never showed any scan of wondy in which they actually gave a specific time period for the fighting. What u did was show scans saying that wondy had the speed of hermes and other such things. Its not even comparable.

This is not about how fast hermes is. It is about a specific time period being given for the fighting which regardless of depiction wud indicate superspeed. I never doubted that she cud move as fast as hermes. I was talking about the evidence application of such in battle, hence no dat ive seen evidence of such speed i have no longer continued that arguement.
