I just wanted to point this out, nova is a class 100 and glads use some kind of cosmic blast generated from his chest and hit cannonball back which almost leveled the entire area.

Space flight dont equal light speed. Superman speed is contradicting because out of everything that you posted I could easily post a scan of wonder woman saying that superman cant cover 22000 miles instantly or post a scan of superman admitting that he cant go the speed of light.
the ability to fly usually negates the affects of gravity while the person is in flight... its especially relevant in the case of superman...
superman has plenty of speed feats within the earth's atmosphere, but he himself admitted that he has to slow down to eliminate the damage he might do.
besides, where on earth would you go at the speed of light? he can fly anywhere he needs to in seconds. sure, he has low showings like the one you posted, but thats more PIS to build up animosity with Equus than his speed not being what it usually is...

Wonder woman fight nothing like any dbz character so dont even bring that up even though I do agree that she has some amazing reflexes. Noone brought up in this battle can fight dbz style, thats on a different level.
