Very true. It would be hard to find someone as refreshing and as solid as Ron Paul, though. He is very much a unique person in our government. Many times he has been caught voting "no" to something that was unconstitutional when pretty much everyone else voted yes. I believe he is called something like "Dr. No" in congress or something. I remember going down his campaign policy points and strongly agreeing with 90% of them. I couldn't believe how many ideas I had were manifest in an actual incumbent politician.
