None of those feats contradict anything I've said. And virtually every street has managed to hit / avoid a speedster (usually Speed Demon or Quicksilver).

no, not unless he had some sort of plot device or dr. strange was being stupid with his powers (like he was when fighting ghost rider), however blade beating varnae isn't PIS seeing as varnae is on the same level as dracula, and blade beats him frequently.
