when has white sound worked?. and yes his voice is the weapon but its not the voice itself he just cant activate it without talking. So yea i get what ur saying but i mean that the sound isnt the actual thing its carried in the sound wave.

that seems kinda odd that soundproof room can stop a full on shout that would easily destroy the enitre moon atleast
