Eneru vs. Akatsuki

In what way?

Saying he could destroy a country (we only have a claim, and we don't know if it's true or not or how large that "country" was)

Well several sources directly stated he could, and he already created the Raigou which was used to do so...

And already said we do not know it's exact size.

It only destroyed a cloud island

And then he made a larger, more powerful one, which was stated by several other characters and Eneru himself, he is going to destroy the country.

Would Deva/God Realm's Pein Shinra Tensei work on Eneru? If so, then Shinra Tensei + a large water jutsu from Kisame could be a good strategy against Eneru, but Eneru is obviously too fast.

But it was never proven - that's no more credible than Cell saying he would destroy the solar system

Eneru is much more believable since it was himself and others to back up his claim. Cell claim was just a lie.

Eneru not only claimed it, he had others back it up, and there is nothing to disprove it.

Except Oda said that Enel would be not all that strong compared to the people on the Grand Line, and no one on the Grand Line ever showed that much power - in addition, the ultimate weapons of the OP world (Pluton etc.) are supposed to be able to destroy islands - not so ultimate if Enel could do it

Eneru already destroyed an island, and is the only character in the series to do so that I can recall, in fact, he did so without Maxim, destroying his home island of Bilkan.

Again, it was in the SBS.

Just an example of a character that could beat Enel is Blackbeard

i don't think blacbeard can beat enel..one maximum power strike from enel and it's over..blackbeard is not imune to attack like other logia type..he even said that he take extra damage if i'm not mistaken..and enel can read his move..enel will kill blackbeard before he can even touch him..

But Blackbeard is one of the high tiers - he took Ace's Solar Emperor attack which was like a small nuke, he is incredibly tough, he could use his gravity to suck Enel near him and then negate his powers and kill him

he defeat ace..not a big deal..enel lighting is much more destructive..enel can read blackbeard move..before he can suck enel..enel can turn into his god of thunder form and send a blast that will turn blackbear into a roasted duck..enel is lighting fast..and he's a good H2H fighter..

That blast isn't tougher than Ace's Solar Emperor, also Blackbeard was able to fight almost evenly with Shanks before he got his devil fruit, and Shanks is one of the top tiers in OP
