that devices that negates inviduals powers need to be put on them. It not a ray or a beam, the devices is a collar that has to be physically placed on the person which would be impossiable for punisher to achieve

You are a being a moron. Im specifically talking about a device that was shown in The Gambit series, it works within a certain range. There are loads of different ways to negate mutants ability, obvoulsy you assumed that he would be using the most difficult device.

You are assuming the only mutant negation devices are the ones you've heard of.

i look it up. though the devices that worked on gambit may not work on magneto. they normally go by levels. they had to put logan in a level 10 one to negate his powers.
yea that devices was created by forge, but it was destroyed.

Well there you go, thats why I gave him a 20-10 percent chance. There is a slim chance he will be able to weaken the shield and use power negation.

I just found out that Stu Clark has used his exo-skeleton to fight classic Iceman, Classic Angel, Black Widow and Hercules. During a fight with hercules he actually managed to daze Hercules and later on he Koed Hercules, it was a cheap shot but it was still impressive. He wasnt even prepped for those guys....yeah im betting within 2 months Stu has a 20 percent chance of weakening Magnetos shields.
