WD is not a troll/sock.

like Sandman, Hydroman is just a thug. He doesn't have the IQ to use his power to their potential. Electro once got his powers augmented that even Xman was having a problem with him. When he received the augmentation he even asked himself, "What would Doom or even Norman Osbourne do." He was attempting to use his power to their potential, he knew his IQ was holding him back. Why rob banks and stuff, instead of becoming a major player. That is also the problem the new Venom is facing. When he faced Spider man, Spidey beat him down and no heckling he just told him he was still a two bit loser. Regardless of the Symbiote.

These guys should be insanely hard to beat if they use there powers to there potential.

1. Magneto
2 Graviton
3. Iceman
4. Storm
5. Electro
6. Human Torch/Firestorm(microwave powers)
7. Hydro Man
8. Sandman/Quicksand
9. Crystal Inhumans

It's not that he isn't really powerful, he's just too dumb to realize his potential (he's basically written down because if he wasn't Spidey would have died long ago).
