The fact of the matter is that the sheer existence of Dracula and his performances leaves you two in a massive conundrum from the standpoint of logical argumentation....
And it does so because of the intimate nature of your arguments FOR Blade using Dracula as a standard.
The thing about that, is that such a viewpoint only leaves a few options to try and explain how said viewpoint has any merit in the first place.
A.) Dracula's a mystically bound character with a power level that slides considerably up and down the scale to meet the purpose of any given story leaving one hard pressed to assume which is the legitimate power level and makes it difficult to take a position with solid basis in any given argument; due to this, Marvel's credit to Dracula being physically weak strips the merit of people who only want to base the outcome of Dracs fights on his highest showings ignoring this lower half.
B.) Dracula is uber, Marvel is wrong about their estimations on his power levels, and his low showings are a result of bad writing only hence his showings with Blade have no credibility to them.
C.) Dracula is uber, Marvel is wrong about their estimations on his power levels, and his low showings are a result of bad writing only; Blade is ALSO uber so his showings against Drac hold complete merit.
D.) Dracula was a character with generally uber showings earlier in his career, but was reincarnated into a considerably weaker form after the Montesi Formula...
We know you can't choose A because you argue for his strongest showings and snoop apparently thinks he can no sell Tooth in a physical matchup.
We know it can't be B because B involves stripping Blade of one of 3 names that get tossed about in any pro-Blade ABC argument that shows up in nearly every Blade thread.
Now, you might think C is the argument of merit here... but then again, that wouldn't surprise a number of us.... in any case... it's not.
D is the only argument here where we don't have to accept that Drac's higher showings may be PIS, and we ALSO don't have to reject the idea that Blade hanging with Drac in any physical confrontation nowadays is ALSO PIS....
D is an argument that actually helps you people retain some form of credibility and goes hand in hand with Dracula's typical performance in his classic appearances vs. current.
Of course most people might be able to accept A... you won't... you didn't.... This is all you've got left.... 😐
