Raditz is a Saiyan, with all the overt pride and cockiness that it entails. If he was just going to mindlessly kill everyone sure, but he strikes me as the guy who would savor how far above them he is.

He can scan to check the power levels of his opponents, and knows what can or can't hurt him due to that.

Not that it matters that much, his speed ensures he isn't getting hit often.

Technically he merely has to look at Itachi.

Itachi's eye jutsus aren't active right off the bat, and Izanami requires him to be near Raditz and set-up, which he won't get.

Little gohan only needed a surprise attack. I like DBZ more but raditz isn't that smart...if they had powerlevels they'd probably seem insignificant to anything he can do.

They worked right off the bat on Noob Deidara. And the pointing of a finger was all it took with Naruto. Plus he can do it from miles away according to Shikaku. Of course there's no reason for it to happen if Raditz doesn't start being retarded and walk up to him or something.

No in one Narutoverse can beat Roshi, Raditz speed blitzes eveyrone in Naruto at the same time.
