Your entire argument is based around the fact that you are PUTTING WORDS INTO MY MOUTH.

Maybe if I had claimed that WTC was not tragic would your logic have worked, but I did not. Seems like your projecting to try and keep an argument going. While the Civil War in Burma is incredible, the violations of the human rights are not as bad as the ones taking place in congo. Both have a fair share of slavery/selling of sex slaves, but Burma does not have an army of 12 year olds carrying this out.

Keyword being on-going, in relations to your mention of historic events.

Though Burma is, an incredible tragedy and another reason why WTC does not deserve as much attention as it did.

Learn how to falugging read.

That's a flawed argument though, you're putting the cart before the horse.

You are saying Sept. 11th doesn't deserve as much attention as it got because there are worse tragedies. Right?

Why not just say that those worse tragedies just deserve more attention? The W.T.C. tragedy got deserved attention, the others didn't. It doesn't mean W.T.C. deserved less. That's a dumb argument.

Also, age doesn't make a difference. Human suffering is human suffering. They don't reach an age where they drop on the tragedy list. If they do, then you're immoral. Either you care about humans throughout all ages or you don't. Putting emphasis on age is ridiculous.

I dunno man. Im going to try and stay out of this one.

To be fair, most people here will debate over anything, the only condition being it's not related to the thread 😄

Why would you take attention away from the WTC crisis on the basis that there are worse crises?

Doom crying was stupid. I mean really. Doom?

I was originally going to put this scan in the Ownage thread (but then I felt it rightfully belongs here)

That was just brutal...Dick really was a dick to Barbara.

😂

I remember that. It was ****ing hilarious, when I read it. Grayson is a ****ing pimp.

That is one of the best Nightwing issues.

I think (not 100%) that later Barbara told someone from BOP that what Dick did was far more painful than when Joker shot her.

😂 i loved that issue.

I saw them. Just expressing my feeling of ugh.

Harry Osborn as the Green Goblin in his fight with Spider-man and then paralising Peter and then giving the speech about bruising to quick. Then saving Peters wife and his own son and after that saving Peter just before the building they were all in was about to explode and afterwards collapsing to the floor after explaining to Peter why he did it and then dieing in the ambulance

was a very well written emotional moment for me

i remember that Spectacular Spiderman #200. I admit, the 1st time I read that story-in Spring of 1993 aged 19-I felt a lump in my throat, especially upon seeing the last panel- an old picture of Peter and Harry from happier times.

For me it was Sabretooth shedding a tear when he realized he was going to die. That was powerful stuff.

Deadpool closing the box(his torture room) and telling Blind Al that if she's sick of the life of a prisoner she's free to go.
