Ok, the focus on whether or not he caused Superboy pain really isn't that important. It isn't his only strength feat. Once again, he broke inertron, which Superboy himself had a lot of trouble with.

Yes..and no. I don't think Val could tug around planets, but his striking power combined with his ability to hit weak spots..allows him to hurt people with insanely high durability. He does have super strength, he countered an earthquake by tapping his foot..

As for who has Val one shotted? I don't know.

The issue is Val's striking power and if he can oneshot Apoc, he already has caused other ubber beings injury and didn't he sent a 70 foot 100 ton villian flying with just a punch.

I don't know but I think he knocked Colossal Boy pretty far..can't remember if it was pre crisis tho.

That would work if Apco had good combat speed.....

Problem is he needs to consciously do that though. Val is too fast for him. If you take away Val's speed, this is a completely different fight.

He is quick enough to dodge lightning infused with the speed force, 500 feet isn't going to be a problem. You don't need flash level speed to cross 500 feet before your opponent can react.
