However, still lets think about this. Even if you would say he can't cross that distance before Apoc can react. He can still do it quite quickly, and is fast enough to react and dodge anything Apoc throws at him. Once he gets close it is over, if Apoc tries to make his body all flexible..it might help his defense, but it won't allow him to make for much of an offense.

Well I didn't know he could send you to the astral plane, that might give him an edge. Still Val's speed might still prove troublesome. Seems like it could go either way. I mean, if he gets a chance to really think and use his powers, Apoc can win, it's just a question of can he stay conscious long enough.

I personally don't think any of Apco's offense would work on Val, while on the other hand KK could 3 shot or IMO oneshott Apco.
