I forgot that we live in a Disney Land reality where every corporate organization cares about the little people, and capitalism is a distant myth from Mordor. 🙄

I expect nothing different; I know they've got to sell their comics and make money like any other business.
Maybe you missed this part of my post, or perhaps the English language isn't your strong suit?
As a fan, I would hope Marvel would stop short of flat-out lying to the customer. Obviously, I know it's not going to happen; I know this is the way comics are marketed and sold. I was merely making an observation.

Please point out where I was ranting.
Cartesian made a comment on my post, and I defended what I said. Is that what you would consider ranting?
I'd consider you to appear shocked over something you claimed to expect.
Personally, I do not see what you are pissed about.
If anything, take issue with Doomwar's synopsis. It advertised Deadpool, it said Deadpool would be in it and he isn't.
Dark Avengers' synopsis was subjective, not a lie. The "secrets" could be
Spoiler:. The change could be
how The Void is affected by Lindy, and how she figures into it all
Spoiler:.
the effects of Bullseye's upcoming assassination attempt on Lindy
I don't see how Marvel flat out lied. It's not where near as bad as Doomwar's synopsis.

I was bothered more by Cartesian's unnecessarily condescending reply to my post than Marvel's misleading synopsis. He seemed to take something like personal offense to my throwaway comment about my disappointment with the preview.
I haven't read Doomwar's synopsis, as I have little to no interest in that story, and thus probably wouldn't have been bothered by such a flagrant false advertisement.
Like I said, I understand Marvel's need to market their product, but as a fan of Sentry's storyline so far, I couldn't help but feel disappointed at issue 14; I had hoped it would continue the trend set by #13 and finally reveal Sentry's secrets.
As a fan of Deadpool, surely you'd be disappointed after buying Doomwar, only to find Deadpool was completely absent from the comic? A similar situation; perhaps I didn't express myself clearly.

No, see, it's completely different.
Doomwar was something I thought would be just another mini-series; the first issue is actually surprisingly good. They explicitly stated Deadpool would be in it and he's not.
They stated Sentry's secrets will be revealed, and some are. You assumed which they'd be, you were wrong.
A little misleading? Sure. It's not a flat out lie, it's not something that makes Marvel immoral liars.
You kinda blew it out of proportion.

All of the synopses can be construed as half-truths; after all, the preview for Doomwar doesn't state "Deadpool is in this issue," rather that at some point in this war, Deadpool will be involved. You assumed he'd be in the first issue.
Nonetheless, I didn't mean for anything to be blown out of proportion, but clearly it has, as a topic as insignificant as this isn't worthy of such prolonged debate. 😛

(i use to like sentry...but that was before he beat MM...i thought that they made him pretty lame in that issue...idk maybe its just me)
Yes, it's Sentry/Void being sarcastic saying he was Galactus.
And no, it's not just you who thinks Sentry beating MM was pretty lame.

imo it has been probably one of the better issues of DA...idk i just feel kinda let down(im not saying i didn't like DA because i did)...i mean i feel they could have had a better story rather then make it like sentry based stuff.
