PC as far as DS is concerned refers to him pre 86. We know he wasn't affected by COIE and is the same character he was back then. So even if you want to stretch things his death in the fourth world pre final crisis is ripping the DC multiverse apart.

In terms of general personal power this guy has always been a level above Thanos IMO.

Off-Topic: Does anyone know what issue Thor allegdly stopped the blast that could destroy 1/5 of the cosmos?
