Umm...it was stated that PC supes punches had the force to shatter planets in a fight agaisnt this one dude who also had the same striking power....although thats child's play anyway since PC supes can punch through the time/deminsions.

Point is if Odin who is far more powerful than Supes didnt put Thanos down then pc Supes will get annihilated.
