I don't see how you can claim it would be common sense for Wally to be at his peak when you think Zoom can take out Thor and Surfer before they even react. He could be teamed up with a bucket of fish and it wouldn't make any difference.

Wally still has superspeed, just not to the degree he had it before. It would be like making a thread at the time when Surfer was locked on Earth and somewhat depowered.

I didn't claim that it wasn't possible, but so far you've claimed that Surfer would not be able to perform any kind of attack or do anything before Zoom had him. If you're already under the opinion that Zoom is capable of doing this, I fail to see how Wally would matter.
