Flash recently mentioned how he was faster than the speed of light, but had to be even faster to take out Grodd before he could react. Obviously Grodd has FTL reflexes uhuh

No, the same way that if a car is coming at you at 100mph and you move out of the way, it doesn't mean you're as fast as the car.
But to be able to react at something moving at the speed of light/lightning coming twoards you, still requires insane reaction speed. (compared to the average response time)
