1. Thanos' cosmic awareness? To be honest I don't recall Thanos actually being one with the universe the way that the Silver Surfer is.

2. It takes Superman 2 minutes to get from one side on the Sun to the other, and 1 additional minute to stop supercharging as he flies towards the Earth. He gets a 3 minute sun dip.

Thanos is on a different level than Supes is, amped up or not. Amped up Supes would take on SS and get a few wins.
