I don't even know what you're going on about. I wasn't the one who brought up Tyrant nor was I the one who posted the scans.
Even though he was amped to a limited degree there, he's had an upgrade since. I don't see the big deal.

BRB attacked once granted, but I thought Glads' attacked was stalemated and most of them were knocked out instantly.

Regarding what you said no, we have no idea how his "recent" upgrade compares to the one he temporarily gained from the orb.

Glad's attack wasn't stalemated, as you only see the panel where they hit, and in the next panel we see of Glad's, he's laying on the floor.

JLA 13, Vixen and Supes fight together. Vixen is drawing power off Supes. She gets captured, Supes doesn't. JLA 14, Luthor tells Supes his friends are being held (including Vixen, as it's shown on the vid screen), he gets K-nite paint on his face, which Black Lightning helps him wash off. He's flying to where they're being held, everything is seemingly back to normal, including his abilities. That's where your first scan takes place, him bullrushing Parasite. Then, he gets dropped by Dr. Light and KO'd. JLA 15, Firestorm comes just as Luthor's about to kill him, ends up freeing the captured JLA members (Vixen being one of them), and after owning she gives him back the powers she's absorbed from him earlier.
The reason why he says the 'give me back my powers' part is probably because he was KO'd and exposed to Luthor's K-nite knife, which would have obviously drained him. But knowing what you know about Supes, the powers she borrowed from Supes two issues back should've already been replenished when he BFRs Parasite.
