Spiderman took on the entire xmen and defeated them.
Spiderman stalemated clones of the avengers that consisted of thor along with other heavy hitters.
Spiderman one shotted the hulk.
Spiderman stalemated the surfer TWICE (even though one of the times he almost got killed).
Now again, do you know why these things happen.

Only Thanos has lot to both Adam Warlock and Drax the destroyer.
Not entirely sure which herald characters who "wreck" Superman, nor do I understand why that would be such a low feat for him either.

Your really going to use Drax and say Thanos lost? Do I need to explain why and the fact that he didn't he want to fight him and had his back turned. Warlock killed him only because he was already killed and in the reality gem. Coupled with the fact tht Thanos has since been upgraded twice. In a fair fight Thanos doesn't lose to heralds while supes has fact.

- Thanos was turned to stone by a simple spell, easy kill by Adam Warlock.
- Upgrades mean little as he admitted himself that he wasn't AS strong after the Infinity Gauntlet incident.
- Okay? That's part of the reason why we have Thanos listed as transcendent and Superman at high heralds. But even so, Superman's durability feats far outweigh Thanos'.
