Isildur has no feats worth mentioning

He was killed by a small band of orcs.

That's worth mentioning.

Illuvatar>Melkor pre-forging of Arda>>all.

she "went whither she would into the forgotten south of the world" shortly before the First Age - unogoliant's description in silmarion. BEFORE the first world implies BEFORE creation

A creature of an older world maybe it was - shelob in the return of the king

But still she was there, who was there before Sauron, and before the first stone of Barad-dûr - return of the king on shelob

Far, far below the deepest delving of the Dwarves, the world is gnawed by nameless things. Even Sauron knows them not. They are older than he. Now I have walked there, but I will bring no report to darken the light of day." - gandalf, in the two towers on the tunnels beneath moria

Eldest, that's what I am... Tom remembers the first raindrop and the first acorn... he knew the dark under the stars when it was fearless – before the Dark Lord came from Outside - tom bombadil

so u see, they are older.

You are hugely mistaken here, good sir.
'But you are young and I am old. Eldest, that’s what I am. Mark my words, my friends: Tom was here before the river and the trees; Tom remembers the first raindrop and the first acorn. He made paths before the Big People, and saw the little People arriving. He was here before the Kings and the graves and the Barrow-wights. When the Elves passed westward, Tom was here already, before the seas were bent. He knew the dark under the stars when it was fearless – before the Dark Lord came from Outside.'
This, this is the quote of Tom Bombadil's age.
The words,' before the first raindrop, and the first acorn, and before the rivers and the trees' was literately speaking of Arda itself, he was before those things were created in Arda, thus he dates back to the dawning age before the 'Children of Illuvatar' awoke (back to the time the Valar were placing the trees, making rivers, and raising mountains, the era whence Utumno was Melkor's fortress and foremost stronghold).
There was no other 'world' before Arda, before Arda there was the Ainur, and before them was the 'Void and Eru himself.' The 'older world' spoken of speaks of Arda in its infancy, most likely at the very least.
You're mistaken about Treebeard, he is the 'oldest' and the 'first' of the Ents.
'Well, Théoden, will you ride with me to find Treebeard? We must go round about, but it is not far. When you see Treebeard, you will learn much. For Treebeard is Fangorn, and the eldest and chief of the Ents, and when you speak with him you will hear the speech of the oldest of all living things.'
And 'The oldest living thing that still walks beneath the Sun.'

As for Ungoliant.
'The Eldar knew not whence she came; but some have said that in ages long before she descented from the darkness that lies about Arda, when Melkor first looked down in envy upon the Kingdom of Manwë, and that in the beginning she was one of those that he corrupted to his service.' Sil, Of the Darkening of Valinor.

'In a ravine she lived, and took shape as a spider of monstrous form weaning her black webs in a cleft of the mountains.' Sil, Of the Darkening of Valinor.

'Of the fate of Ungoliant no tale tells. Yet some have said that she ended long ago, when in her uttermost famine she devoured herself at last.'Sil, Of The Flight of the Noldor.
As you can see she is not older then Melkor, from whence all evil was made.

I'm pretty sure Eonwe and Tulkas are the best in terms of straight combat.

Tulkas beat Morgoth's ass, and Eonwe was stated in the Silmarrillion to be the best.
