STAR WARS: RETROSPECTION- Rescue

Well that's annoying and Rianna doesn't like it.

The corridor only goes one way, though? Well, let's go. They can't have gotten too far ahead.

Xavier follows along the corridor with Rianna and Dak.

You catch a brief motion of a door closing at the farthest end of the corridor that you turn into.

Is Rianna able to sense anything?

Nope.

Weeeeeiiiird. She really does not like that.

Well, cautiously approach the door, then, looking out to see if there are any traps or anything of the sort that she can see, and she'll keep trying to sense around for anything.

Dak will try to sense as well, for all the good it might do. Also looking for anything out of place.

Dak gets a better Force roll than Rianna, but... he still cannot quite put his finger on what is different. Your ability to sense has not been dampened. You just cannot pick up anything specific.

No traps, Rianna.

Well Rianna's even more annoyed that Dak got a better sense than she!

May as well open the door, then. Lightsaber out, of course, and ready to attack whatever's on the other side.

It did not help him much, regardless.

As you ready yourself to take a saber to the door, it hisses open. Beyond is a spacious room that you cannot see much of from where you are.

"I've got a bad feeling about this..." Dak says as the door opens.

"Thanks for stating the obvious..." Rianna grumbles, stepping through the doorway with her lightsaber out and ignited. She'll keep trying to sense around for anything. Anything fun they can see in the room?

Define fun.

The three of you step into the room. It is rather large, probably one of the biggest on the space station. It has two levels with doors on each wall, perhaps acting as a junction. You are entering from the right side, with a stairway to your right that leads to the upper level.

To the left is what appears to be a torture rack. Strapped to it is an unconscious Galder Starkiller.

"Oh, finally. Do we get to kill him now?" Dak asks, exasperation filling his voice.

"I want revenge on the Shepherds first. And I want him to be conscious so we can let him know exactly how displeased with this we are..." Rianna says coldly, crossing the room.

"If you stab him somewhere non-vital, he'll probably wake up..." Dak says thoughtfully, staying close to her.

"For once, you make a good point..."

Well, Galder certainly isn't going anywhere. Surprisingly, he looks perfectly healthy, despite the wires and tubes stuck in him at several points on his body. His cybernetic arm has been carefully removed and is sitting nearby, hooked up to some machine.

"We'll have to figure out a way to get him out of here..." Rianna comments, poking at the machinery. "However, I want to find where those cowardly Shepherds have run off to."

"Cowardly? I think not."

The voice comes from a man who steps out from beneath the stairway, his hands folded across his chest. He has a neatly braided white beard but very thin hair combed to his scalp. A simple gray tunic with matching pants and scuffed black military boots compose his outfit. A sheath containing an impressive knife adorns his belt, as does a lightsaber.

"They were just following orders," he continues, smiling pleasantly. "Feel free to rouse Galder by stabbing him in the leg. It is how I do it. He does not care for it."
