As usual you manage not to get the point because if you did you would realise that sai throwing feats isnt that concrete.
Elektra is not Bullseye but other street levelers included Elektra use skill in alot of feats so it doesnt neccesarily prove that she is stronger. Get it?

Notice how Logan's casually blocking a two handed attack from him. Also Logan had not slept in a long time and therefore was weakened during this fight.

The problem again you have is that it doesnt conclusively prove that Elektra is stronger than Blade.
Captain America has been shown butting his shields against US Agent does that mean he has class 10 strength? Nope it means hes very skillful and has low superhuman strength.
Strange that they said he had class 10 strength thats the only place I have seen him stated as such.
At any rate heres Blade holding off a vampiric Spiderman who was class 25 at the time and also a bloodlusted vampire.
