He was beating a few of them, until more showed up. He stopped fighting and resorted to lethal force. He hesitated because he didn't want to kill the SHIELD agents. That much is true, but if he were skilled enough to handle them all, he wouldn't have stopped fighting. Instead, he pulled out a gun, which is often the last resort, and tried to intimidate and bluff the SHIELD agents in an attempt to drive them back.

Uh, no. The point is that Cap didn't HAVE to use lethal force to get out of that situation TWICE.... If your argument is that Blade HAD to use lethal force to stand of chance of leaving, he's not as skilled... simple as that.

Well the problem with that logic is I can think of plenty of examples of where Punisher has pulled a gun on opponents he could have beaten h2h. Just because he pulled the gun doesnt mean he would have lost it just makes his job easier.

Thats a matter of opinion. Elektra maybe more skilled she may not be...both opinions are valid...is that ok...probably not.

The Punisher doesn't have many reservations about killing. He usually gets into brawls when he doesn't have a choice. Blade doesn't like to kill people. He'll refrain from employing lethal force unless he doesn't have a choice.

And yeah, bad grammar and spelling may lead to confusion, but so what?
That isn't the same as having reading comprehension problems..... Srank for instance constantly makes terrible spelling and grammar issues, but his points about comic book facts are no less valid in these arguments because of them. Zone on the other hand, while making less mistakes in those areas, omits or misses entire points of context in example's he's trying to use without understanding why that context matters and due to that inability to comprehend such points his arguments are hurt because of it.
