1. Down to artistic ways of showing a fight or various writers interpreting the same characters. *shrugs*

Like I said though Thing, Collosus, Sasquatch and others when they were classifed as being class 100 do not look as impressive as guys like Hercules, Thor and Hulk. I could probably prove this but it would take ages.

When bios state that a characters is stronger than another one they are usually right. I think I could prove this with 1 ton but that would include loads of characters.

2. Cap is basically more than 'peak' human as it is shown in handbooks.

I think you forgot the point you made. You said that Draculs has been shown to be stronger than most vampires therefore Blade isnt peak vampire, I said that KP has been shown to be stronger than Cap. This means that Cap is stronger than most humans but there are exceptions, this also means that Blade is stronger than most vampires but there are exceptions.

Conan the Barbarian killed a bunch of vampires and even shrugged of blows from Varnae IIRC. They aren't that much stronger than peak human. "Normal" marvel vamps top somewhere out around 1000lbs would be my guess, and almost every "peak human" have feats well in excess of that.

Either he isn't or it is simply a typical comicbook contradiction.

At any rate DF has ths strength of a traditional vampire...

Why?

We have a vampire stating he is ten times stronger than normal man, then getting wtf pwnd.

Blade was daywalker then. He wasnt a normal man...

In the end it proves Blade is stronger than some of Marvel's elite vamps and Deacon fits into that categroy as does Baron Blood.

Not really considering Blade didn't over power him in the scans. He got free of Frost's grip and steaked him. Nothing on panel shows him besting Frost in a match of strength and we don't know how he got free.

The problem is whenever marvel says that a characters can lift a said amount its usually less. What they usually dont get wrong is when they state a person is stronger than another.

Cap took on many mutated rejects of The Power Broker that doesnt mean hes stronger than them.

Deacon had Blade by the wrists, Blade broke free and staked his @ss.

How did he get free of Frosts grip?

Yep, snoop basically stated Blade is as strong as the strongest undead. I feel my point about that being a crazy statement stands.

Not entirely that statement in context means he is more pwoerful than most of them.

Shit. My mistake lol. I got mixed up between terms. Moment of madness.

This is the problem though. Blade is said to be stronger. Captain America has shown himself to be stronger. Saying Blade is stronger than Cap undersells the value and importance of the actual comics. Do you think that a random person off the street who reads a wikiepedia article or hand book entry on Cap and Blade has enough information on the characters to make a valid and informed decision? You're stance is essentially that the comic books don't matter, that nothing that happens on panel has any meaning and I don't see how you can take that stance. Captain America showing greater strength than Blade is irrelevant because Blade is a vampire? How can the feats be secondary to a hand book? I just don't get how you are comfortable disguarding everything Captain America has done on panel and giving Blade the benifit of the doubt based on next to nothing.

yeah that's probably the illusion he'll be seing as Elektra walks up and stabs him in the throat.

I was merely pointing out that the statement has been used to claim Blade is as powerful as the strongest undead, not just most. Considering Dracula at his best, clearly that is not the case.
