Key word here is reality gem + Thanos fully utilizing it.

Cap gets compltely PWNED...unless you have absolutely no idea what the reality gem is capable of, or you're simply just lowballing its abilities.
On many levels it could make Thanos' very wishes come true and do so according to his very will/desires.

The RG based on its own inherent abilities is actually more potent than even the PG...and with Thanos behind it trumps Billy even with all of Shazam's abilities and powers fully backing him.

Thanos and easily
