well the most damage is done in the first 3 - 4 years of smoking.

At the moment I'm smoking amber leaf tobacco, but if I'm smoke taylor mades I tend to smoke either: B&H, superkings, Sterling red or mayfair (cuz I'm a cheap skate 😂 )

Is it a bit too late to quit if your lungs are already damaged? I mean hasn't it shortened your life span anyways

Lungs are clever little buggars! after approximately 10 years of quiting smoking your lungs will be in near enough the same condition they were in before you started smoking. They clean themselves.
