Also, IIRC, Im almost positive Flash can also just vibrate his atoms through energy. Meaning even that tactic won't work.

lets say for quite awhile...fine, superman changes tactics and freeze breath and HV at the same time, flash is screwed

flash is not nearly as mobile or fast in air as he is on the ground...whereas superman is pretty much just as fast on both mediums. he certainly far outclasses flash in air.

it's like the batman vs cyclops thing: cyclops might not be able to nessicarily see batman from the half km, but batman approaching cyclops in order to do anything to him will be in more danger.
superman would be able to see the flash however

Flash's hardest punch was the IMP, and he put all that energy he had built into that one shot. Punching someone like that is a massive transference of kinetic energy, so it'd get Superman moving again [assume he's been kinetic drained].
The fact also remains that infinite mass punch, hit a guy into orbit, but Superman can literally stand ground and bang toe to toe with guys with that kind of power. Shit, that's a good chunk of his rogues gallery.
It might sound off, because there's evidence Wally can think fast, but Superman will outthink him in a battle, despite being older and wiser than say- Bart, Wally is still act first, think after.
However, Wally could possibly do what he did to Inertia? Just maybe. Superman has actively resisted molecular time statis though, which would work similarly to a kinetic drain/kinetic stop of this sort.
