Well Galactus has to defeat the team and he can't kill PS. In addition, PS CAN kill Galactus(eventually)

Eventually... which would be one hell of a long time consideret that PS from what I know cannot directly act to stop a conflict.

If Galactus can knockout PS then he can defeat him.
