Again, PS for some reason is something like Spectre. He can enter both Hell and Heaven, and he cannot truly be killed which is why Spectre can't kill him when he confronted him. That much we know!! Galactus would lose because he would starve and PS at that point is stronger.

Spectre couldn't kill him because the magic was still too strong IIRC.

PS can still be knocked out though. You don't have to kill someone to win in a forum battle.
