Vergil is faster. And Dante would NEVER hold him down. Kratos would take out Ryu, Vergil would take out Kratos, and Dante would take out Vergil.
Vergil's only advantage over Kratos is speed, as is Ryu Haybusa's. Granted, Vergil's is to a larger margin than Ryu, but a peak Kratos, and/or a peak Dante could solo team 1. The weakest links are on team 1 be it by your choice, or an inconvenient coincidence.
Complete slaughter? Only if their all at their composite peaks, in which team 2 would have to LET themselves lose.
This is a comlete blowout for many reasons. The first being that dante could take out hayabusa quickly. He may be a good fighter, but with dantes great marksman ship with weapons he could kill him longrange or close up. Plus he has DT and quicksilver which would really help move the fight even more in dantes favor.
Kratos could kill vergil, for the main reason, his reaction speed. Vergil has no long range weapons, or no long range weapons that would pose a threat. So far the only canon long range move vergil has is when he slashes his sword and can cut things from long distace, and kratos could easily block that. Trying to fight kratos up close is like suicide, almost all of his weapons and magics are close range and his brute strenght would be more than enough to stop vergil and kill him or let dante kill him when he gets finished with hayabusa.
I say team 2 8.5/10
Vergil is too fast and could knock The Blade out of his hand if he uses Beowulf.[which gives him bruteforce strength]
YouTube video I don't see HOW he couldn't do this to Kratos.
