Orion matching universal destroying energies isn't necessarily PIS. What people tend to forget is that New Gods in GENERAL are supposed to be near abstract, above super-heroes.
Grant Morrison has said he was guilty in this. In that he made Orion super-hero level. He corrected this in 7 Soldiers, though. Darkseid creating multiple universes/realties show how Jack Kibry wanted the New Gods to be. Separate from regular super-hero reality.
Simonson was also going to show this, but never came to be. 🙁

Um no. How is that PIS when Orion has contributed that same energy to collapsing a reality? Pushing back against the ALE being?
