It's not worth much especially since he FAILED and STATED IN THE SCAN FROM THE CHARACTERS OWN MOUTH (making it true by your own words and failed logic.) Henshaws scan actually shows him MINDRAPING. There is a difference already. Not like it matter either way anyway.
