That was no ordinary blaster, I do not if you left that out on purpose so that you could spin the entire Henshaw adapting bit, or maybe you forgot, either way, it makes no difference, as Norrin has no specific weakness like Red Solar Radiation to exploit.
To me it seems like you are making out Henshaw seem like Hunter Prey Doomsday or the Fury. Henshaw can’t even adapt to a physical fight with Clark, yet alone adapt to a fight with a ruthless Silver Surfer (He has had a serious attitude change lately, courtesy of Galactus). With his attitude change, he would open up a black hole in Henshaw’s head or teleport Henshaw into a black hole.

When has Henshaw, ever, EVER, survived a blow from a being at Galactus' level or close?
When has Henshaw ever, EVER, demonstrated, power sufficient for planetary destruction on a whim?
From what I gather from your statement, Henshaw has shown that he can take blows from Galactus level beings, harmlessly survive black holes?
When has Henshaw ever shown that type of physical strength when he isn’t even a match for Clark physically?
Are you simply avoiding my question, and leaving out context or are you saying that Henshaw has actually done the things I have listed?
If he has, give me a scan or an issue and not some cryptic statement, that says Henshaw, has hurt top tier level beings, when it has does not reflect at the topic at hand at all without any context.
Silver Surfer, effortlessly handled, Nova Prime, destroyed a planet with a thought, survived blows from Cosmic Entities like Aegis etc., unleashed a blast that span Solar System’s and erased entire Solar System spanning armadas in seconds, handled the power of the Crunch that Galactus by his own admittance could not for an extended period, and you’re telling me he can't sweep Henshaw aside, when Henshaw can't hold his own against Superman in a fist fight?
On a physical level, can he harm Norrin?
He has nothing in his arsenal that can harm Norrin, physically. If he can’t match Superman, he can’t even touch Norrin.
Energy based weapons etc.? Norrin effortlessly survives in black holes etc.
Norrin absorbed an entire Star once, to boost his power. Any energy based attack’s Henshaw throws at him, would be redirected, or harmlessly deflected.
What does Henshaw have in his arsenal that can harm Norrin?
I am honestly wondering, as you seem to know a great deal about Henshaw (Not very specific about him as I have always hated him), and from what I gather and have read in all of his Superman appearances etc. he hasn't shown anything to harm Norrin. He can't even beat Clark without some plot or some advantage.

Name me one time, Henshaw, has taken down someone on Norrin’s level, and enough with this top tier – mid tier crap. Top tier, and mid tier depends on your opinions.
Show me some actual wins, with some context or something instead of these cryptic statement's that provide no answer and are irrelevant.

Give me an example instead of saying top tier characters. In someone’s eyes, top tier could mean Wonder Woman (She is a top tier) but when you compare her to Norrin, her durability is laughable.
Context is important. I could say Norrin defeat’s cosmic level beings that are Galactus level etc. and leave at that.
He did defeat Aegis and Tenebrous but that was with a plot device and not in a test of power. Context changes the meaning of everything.

I don’t believe Norrin has ever rebuilt himself from nothing, but he has healed himself from various wounds, even mystical on different occasions.
