So Blade beat Deadpool again in the comic. Like the last fight, there were a few things that made it different from a standard forum fight, but basically Blade had more positives than Deadpool. Basically, Deadpool saves Blade from Shiklah by telling her to chill. Blade and Deadpool go back at it and start swinging at each other. Deadpool tackles Blade off the train, but they both hang on to the train car. They climb to the top and exchange more sword swings. The fight stops and Deadpool tries to explain his position, Blade disagrees with it and has another crazy speed/strength feat. He vanishes from Deadpool's line of vision then smashes him through the train car. Deadpool throws an "explosive hulk fist" at Blade and blows him up. He accidentally almost kills a passenger though and runs to save him. Blade, undamaged from the fist, shows up behind him and begins to cleave his head in half, but gets mind-controlled by Shiklah. They leave him on another train car and escape.

If anything you should be glad, DP was proving to be the best there is at what Wolverine does and overexposure sort ruined the killer aspect of his personality turning him into a loony toon character.I think Pool simply deserved that beating. No other character got such ridiculous overexposure as a result of his or hers live action version failing big time.

Don't know why this is still going on when we have an onpanel showing of Deadpool getting worked by Blade. And DP was in character in that comic just like he would be in a battle on the forum. Blade wins a high majority.

I wouldn't say it had nothing to do with it. It was definitely a factor, in one way or the other. Increased popularity was linked to the movie fail, because of the massive amounts of whining on the Internet.

Lol...why did you have to bring Hulk into this Sam? I disagree...it's pretty obvious who is the better of the two. That one instance doesn't take away from that.

Blade was choking him with one hand. Left hand.
You know what would happen if Pool tried anything funny? This:

They didn't have to do any active search. Memes, movie/comic comparisons, etc. were spammed all over internet. Has Marvel made some statement about it? Because it really looked like they were all sorry for a fictional character and tried to make it up to him by realeasing tons of books. Maybe the yellow boxes in their heads told them to.

We'll then I guess this means Deadpool has overpowered Spider-man and is moments away from snapping his neck?

Huge difference between chocking someone and just holding someone by the neck, someone who doesn't seem to be resisting.
Spiderman is much stronger/more durable, so it's very different.
"Urk". It was certainly not a pleasant experience. Moments before, Pool tried his best to protect the vampire ****, he didn't change his mind in 1 page.
Originally posted by carver9lol just trying to speak your language. But honestly pointing out the double standart here. Deadpool was nowhere near beaten and far from going all out. Tbf neither was Blade, the point is - context matters. Just like Hulk having a hard time with Doom in one instance doesn't mean Doom is physically better than him period. Even more so with Deadpool who depending on his CIS can either have a hard time with Trapster or take it to Cap or Taskmaster and Daken without his healing factor.
